Voltage issue; not charging

charged at 45kW, used my ChargePoint key fob that came with the car

Worked well. Credit card rejected but charged anyway but a bit slow at max 50 and then 47 from 50 to 80%.

listed as online earlier, then when we arrived it was marked offline. Then it came online as we were about to pull away. No QR code, card reader was a bit fussy; eventually worked and worked well

The station is very slow!!
