none of the Chadamos work here and they are not fixing them.

You have to pay for parking on top of charging. The charge cost is cheaper after 20:00 hrs because that's off-peak electricity demand. There are two entrances to the parking structure, use the entrance off of Raymond. The charging spaces are very close to the Raymond entrance.

I had a negative experience. the cost is not free, you have to pay a third party. and my bank won't release my funds to do so.
