Couldn't charge because connector appears to have a small piece broken off at the top.

The connector does not stay connected- something is broken off at the top. The charger seems to be working but is unusable because of the connection. The 24/7 help line kept us on hold. After 15 minutes we hung up. As Monty Python would say "Could be worse; could be raining..."

50 kw charger but we were drawing about 45-49 kw from it. The charging plug wouldn't click into place but it seemed to stay attached to our charge port. Located to the left of Big Stop. Price was good too!
